What Others Say

Great customer service, Allen Huseljic helped me out big time ! He was very knowledgeable and informative. I’m so appreciative of him and the service manager

Honda Of Burleson wants to charge MSRP for their vehicles. (I know the new norm) They added a Pro Pack they say can not be removed and always ordered with all Honda vehicles for a $1,984.00 upcharge; mud flaps, tint, locking lug nuts, and a trunk liner mat. Then they added a Market Adjustment Fee over the MSRP sticker price for another $4,995.00. After talking and relating the two upcharges is unrealistic and just crazy, they offered a $3,000.00 discount because I AM LOCAL. I told them to drop that Pro Pack and the Market Adjustment Fee and they have a deal. They related they could not do that. So we walked out and politely related it was not a fair deal.

This dealership does not want to sell you a car. They had (and still do) a Highlander that I was ready to purchase. I offered $20,000 cash on a $46,000 vehicle to hold the car until I could get there in 4 days. I live 800+ miles away and work. I spoke to numerous sales people, sales managers, an executive assistant, Delilah in the General Manager's office (Mr. Rasmussen), and no one would take my money or hold the car until I could get there on the weekend. Delilah promised to call me back within 24 hours of my call and I still have not heard a word from her. I've called her several times and my call was not answered. I did receive an email from the General Manager tell me it could be done and they'd even deliver the car to me if needed, but I'm still waiting. My credit was pre-approved and my bank was ready to sign a check, but they would not deal with me. I do not understand why there is NO customer service with this dealership.

They took my money for a car I never got 4 wks later still no refund.

Avoid Burleson Honda at all cost. After negotiating a deal for 5 hours( they wanted 5k market adjustment and undervalued trade in by 3k) and signing all the paperwork they informed us the car would not be ready until the next day. Ok, that is irritating but I can be understandable. My wife had been up since 3am that day and it was now midnight. We elected to leave my trade in at the dealership so I could safely drive my wife home and we would get the new car tomorrow. Next day, we walk in, excited to get into our new vehicle. The finance manager informed me that they needed to re-negotiate the deal because their lead tech said there was 20k worth of fixes on my trade. Mind you, this is after all paperwork had been signed. They said their lead tech was off when they originally looked at my trade in. I told them no thank you, we signed an agreement I would like my vehicle now. They refused and had the salesman bring my trade in back to the front. I talked to the manager and requested copies of all the paperwork we signed. He told me he was going to shred all the paperwork at first and then said he was unsure what to do. He said I can’t give you paperwork to a car you do not own and that he would have to talk to his HR team and give me a call tomorrow. I get back in my trade vehicle and they left all their stickers on the vehicle and writing on the vehicle. When I fired up the vehicle the check engine light was on and was running rough. They claimed to only have done an inspection of the vehicle, but it did not have this issue when I left it the day before. Still have not received my copy of the contracts we signed and no phone call from the manager. Picture is of the the managers I dealt with. I am shocked by their unprofessional if not illegal behavior.

Burleson Honda Car 2021 BMW 330i Buyers Beware! I had been searching for a BMW for several days and narrowed it down to two dealerships. One of which was Burleson Honda. Take into consideration, I live in Plano. So, this is a very lengthy drive (1 hour and 15 minutes to be exact). While the other dealership was closer, I decided to go with Burleson Honda due to their service over the phone. So, the day before and the morning of my journey to this dealership, I asked very important questions and made special request regarding the status of this automobile. Please tell me: 1: Does this car have any scratches at all? 2: Does this car have any dents? 3: Does the car have all original paint or has there been any touch ups or variations? I had requested that the salesman John walk the car to verify that none of these were present and that the car would be cleaned in and out as I will be paying cash on site. I was assured that there were absolutely no mechanical or cosmetic issues with this BMW. They told me to come on out, I will love the car! So, I headed to Burleson. Big Mistake! Minutes after I arrived, it was obvious that the car had not been cleaned. The salesmen even said “oh, I guess we better get this car detailed. Next, I was obvious that the front bumper that had been repainted. Their response “Oh, we didn’t notice that”. Then, I opened the rear passenger’s door and there is a deep cut at the top of the door panel. Their response “I don’t know how we missed that”. At this point I am furious and decided it would be best if I just left. The next day I get a call from the sales manager who ask me why I didn’t buy the car? Are you serious? I understand that people make mistakes. I’m only human as well but I was mislead and lied to from a very large dealership. That is no way to do business. My advice…Stay Clear!
