If there was a minus score it would be a -100. They will not talk to you on the phone it just text messages. Had problems with the air-condition took them 2 weeks to fix that . The manger Jeff was the most rude man I have ever talked to ,he made my wife cry I could go on and on about this dealership how bad of a place this is. I will guess they will not be there in 5 years if they treat all there costumers like they did this

They lied to me when I originally purchased the vehicle. Then have refused to correct anything. I will never own another Kia vehicle because of how poor an experience I have had with this dealership. They don't actually provide good service, they simply charge you more and do sub par work.

I initially took my KIA Sportage in to fix my air conditioner. Later the following day my engine light came on (at no fault of the dealership). These things happen! Nathan, my service advisor was very good about getting it in very quickly. Now it runs like a top. Very pleased.

I took my vehicle in to Springfield Kia (Formerly Youngblood) To have my vehicle taillight inspected because it was on the fritz blinking on and off, And get an oil change. I met with Ryan who is the service advisor who took complete charge and was able to not only remedy the problem, but came out to bring a few things up to my attention. The charges were reasonable. The wait time was reasonable, and the care was way above the average. Which is why I go to Springfield Kia.
