What Others Say

Bought a 2011 bmw m3. The dealer presented me with a clean car fax one owner vehicle. I did not buy an auto check report, which auto check does show the collision. The car looked good and drove fine. The dealer assured me the car was in perfect condition. After wards I learned that the car was involved in a major front left collision. The repairs done are improper and the front left suspension needs replacement. Also the headlight assembly puts water inside. I believe the dealer knew about the accident but did not disclose it. Very unfair and deceptive business practice.

I purchased a 2008 Honda Odyssey from this dealer. The vehicle had 118,000 miles but was in pristine condition. I was told it had recently gotten new brakes and the timing belt replaced. This was important since Honda recommends replacement of the timing belt at 100,000 miles and it is fairly expensive. After driving the car a couple of months, I take it to a service center to diagnose a shimmy in the front end and find out the rotors on the front end are warped from a stuck caliper and that the timing belt has never been replaced. Don't trust these guys. I checked the VIN number with Auto Check and it showed that the car had been serviced at a Honda dealer at 93,000 miles and I made the assumption that the timing belt had been replaced. When I called the dealer with the VIN, they told me they had not replaced the timing belt.
