Davis Richards was very helpful getting my car in for repair and keeping me informed during the process. The work that was done by service personnel to repair my car was outstanding; it looks as good as new, just like it did before a deer ran into it. The service advisor, Jeff, was not informative and borderline rude. While I believe the car was repairable, the overly high estimate from Park Place led my insurance company to total the car!
