Big Thumbs Up! Wow, the service department has really exceeded my expectations after a sudden fuel pump failure. For my titan, the fuel pumps have been on back order from nissan for quite sometime (and still are). The first replacement they sourced from another dealer out of state with fast shipping, but it was a dud, looks like the replacement fuel pump was defective because it only lasted me a day, and i had to return to the service department. I expressed my concerns to Riley the service manager , since my titan is my work truck, he listened and understood my concerns got me a loaner car and immediately got his team to source another new fuel pump from another nissan dealer in a different state, paid extra and overnighted the part to get my truck back on the road on time. That is what I call amazing customer service! Thank you Riley and your team!

Pohanka Nissan of Stafford has the best caring professional staff ever in each department I took my vehicle in on Friday to have it checked out and get my first oil change it was a great experience with Service Advisor Fredy he was very informative about everything everyone there is so helpful and awesome. Buyer beware! Check everything on the vehicle you might purchase before agreeing to buy! I purchased a 2022 Honda Pilot from them. At delivery I was informed the the previous owner still had the second key and that they would contact her. More than a month has passed and no response from Pohanka. I have called and texted numerous times. Even left a message for Tim Pohanka. No return calls. Buyer beware, they will not tell you of any issues with a vehicle, and they do not know you after the sale. I will not purchase from this family again, but I will relay my situation to all that will listen.
