Just bought a new 2024 equinox rs, have issues with the CarPlay skipping and freezing up a few times. I took a video showing it froze up when trying to push the buttons. Dropped it off explaining to them it happened at random times and I gave them the video to show the issue. They had 3 full days with it and nothing, went to pick it up and they say they could duplicated the issue so they can’t do anything. Even with the video proof it’s messed up I’m stuck with the radio. Paid over $40k and they won’t replace the radio. The manager was listening to our conversation and he actually said to me sorry it’s happening to you but we can’t do anything about it! $40k and that’s how they treat their customers? Their customer service is a joke!!!

Family has purchased several vehicles and they always go above and beyond to make their customers happy! They never pressure or try to oversell you. Even in service and finance tbey are honest and look for the best for their customers not the best for the dealership
Flew in from NC had a good deal on 2020 2500hd. Was helpful with the sale but since after the sale have came into a issue with my truck. Was charged for 20" wheels and have 18". Now since the sale is over seems like "hey i got the sale so im done" type now. Just looking to make it wright.
