They took great Care of me I purchased a used car it was in great shape and they gave me a fare number for my trade.
Did a great job in service. It was very quick and pleasant. Thank you for taking care of me.
Called 2 days in a row to ask a simple question. Do I have any oil changes remaining on my vehicle. Talked to 3 different people both days who were going to get a message to the service department scheduler to call me back. Never heard back from anyone in any capacity. I will not be taking my vehicle back to Hyundai Lakewood, poor customer service, wow
They need to change their advertising. Gettel does NOT get it! Terrible customer service. Had an appointment today at 7:15am for 2 recalls that they made the arrangements. Dropped off the car to Kaila at the correct time. An hour later she returns to say they done have the parts. They will have to reschedule. One recall is from Nov 20, 2025 . Apparently they used our parts on someone else’s vehicle. This is at least the 5th time we have had our new Santa Fe in for service. Gettel Doesn’t Get it!
