What Others Say

I have purchased numerous vehicles over my 37 years of driving, and Planet Jeep is, by far, at the top of my list for professionalism, quality, honesty, and integrity. From start to finish, my experience was outstanding. I worked with Dalton, and not once did I feel like I was being “sold” a car or pressured to make a purchase. I fully understand that this is a business and dealerships exist to make money—but every dealership in the world could learn something from how Dalton and Planet Jeep treat their customers. My daughter has been with me for my past several car purchases, and she has often said she never wants to deal with salespeople because of the typical experience. Dalton proved that not every dealership or salesperson fits that stereotype. Dalton didn’t just help me purchase my Jeep, he helped me find a dealership and a salesperson I feel 100% confident returning to in the future. I also want to recognize Dominic in financing. It was an honor to work with him as well, and that’s the key word here: we worked together. Dominic didn’t try to sell me everything under the sun or push unnecessary add-ons. He was professional, personable, and secured me a great financing deal. I feel very fortunate to have found a dealership representing a brand I’ve been loyal to for decades—one that doesn’t treat customers like a paycheck or an assembly line. Instead, they treat you like family: fair, honest, and respectful. I never thought I’d say this about a car dealership, but Planet Jeep is truly trustworthy. If you’re reading this review and decide to visit Planet Jeep, make sure to ask for Dalton—and bring him a Mountain Dew. 🙂 Thank you, Dalton and Dominic!

I wouldn't recommend their service department at all. We had to tow our truck 175 miles on a trailer to a dealership that could work on it, only to be told the repair wouldn't be covered under warranty (a separate issue with Dodge) and were quoted nearly $6,000 for the repairs. We decided to pick up the truck and take it elsewhere since Dodge refused to cover the fuel system problem under warranty. When we arrived unannounced, we found the truck hadn't been moved, the cab was unlocked, the hood unlatched, and the diesel injector lines were left open after sitting on the lot for two weeks. We ended up paying $800 for "diagnostic testing," "labor," and parts (a line that wasn't broken when we brought it in) just to get the key back. The truck still wasn't running as they were waiting for us to approve the $6,000 estimate to start repairs, so it had to be winched back onto a trailer to haul it home. My husband, who isn't a Certified Mopar Mechanic, ordered the parts and repaired the truck in under two hours for less than $400. So, beware--the Service Advisor and Technician seemed more interested in helping themselves to our wallet than helping us.

Absolutely thee most incompetent group ever assembled in a service department! I went in to get the most common problem on a Rubicon fixed, the rear locker module. First they lied to me on the phone saying they had the part in stock. Then when I bring the Jeep in they have no idea of what or where that module is! They call me hours later to tell me that i need to tear out my rear seat delete and all my equipment so they can get to ???. The module is inside the rear differential! I told them to forget it, I'll go elsewhere where they have a mechanic that at least knows where the parts are! Then, after telling me that they can't diagnose the problem because of my seat delete they try to change me a diagnoses charge! STEER CLEAR!

Took my Jeep in for an oil change. I leave the dealership, two minutes later my check engine oil light came on, my Jeep made a grinding sound and I lost power. Check engine light came on. I turn around at Harkins, made it back to the dealership, let them know. Turns out they didn’t put the o-ring back in correctly which folded over. Oil got into the hose and out onto the engine and into the filter.

Shane in service dept was really helpful and kept us updated on the repair of our 2024 Jeep JL which had to be towed to Flagstaff after it lost all of its electrical power.

Service Department had done our Oil Changes ever since we bought the 2018 Ram 1500 from there. They tightened the oil plug so tight it wouldn’t come off. And they rotated the tires tightened the Lug Nuts it wouldn’t come off. And the inspection they never checked the Antifreeze the dip stick still had the factory plastic on. We scheduled an appointment and 4 hours later they got to the truck. That being said we decided to take it somewhere else. Very Pleased Customer!
