Mostly straightforward. I had to deal with the salesman a bit who tried to be slightly tricky. There were some things I pointed out on the vehicle and he tried to use words that maybe a non car person would buy. I had to set him straight and let him know just to be honest and that I am a car person/collector. We were fine after that, but I didn’t appreciate that. Also, they lost the spare key, but gave me a free replacement. Only other thing that upset me a lot was, I was interested in a different 4Runner but was told it was not going to be sold due to it being slightly modified. I saw that it came off of sale then put back on for sale after I purchase my second choice. That was pretty upsetting as I was really interested in that and it was my first choice.

Got the car we wanted we exact description and no hassle! Staff was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and answered all of our questions. There was not pressure into buy the car we test drive.
