If you are interested in a Nissan vehicle, highly recommend Swavey at Don Davis Nissan in Arlington, Texas! This was the second vehicle my wife and I purchased from Swavey. She made us feel like family and drove off in the perfect vehicle! At first, we resulted in an impasse, but returned later that day as we were notified of miscommunication within the sales staff for an additional vehicle we were interested in. Everyone we encountered made the process very easy, professional, and worked with us to make the deal happen. Swavey went above and beyond for us!! We were also able to obtained an extended warranty with gap insurance within our budget! We will be returning in the future for additional Nissan purchasing!
I have purchased or leased many nissan vehicles over the years from this dealer. All have been great my old salesman retired when It came time to renew my lease I was introduced to Swavey she was extremely knowledgeable about the inventory and greatly helpful thru the process. I miss the old salesman and wish him well. Although Swavey made me feel at home and will take up the the spot very nicely. Thanks Swavey and Don Davis GREAT JOB!
It has a clean, comfortable waiting area with free snacks and beverages while you wait. It was so nice working with Swavey. She was not pushy or demanding about anything. She had a lot of patience to listen and understand my wants and needs and addressed all my issues.before and after the sale. I would highly recommend her to anyone for a great sales experience.
