Buyer beware. I was double-charged for the documentation fee, and the sales staff deliberately concealed defects in the vehicle's condition. When I brought these issues to management, I was met with arrogance rather than accountability. This dealership has serious integrity problems. I strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere.
The sals guy could care less whether I blight or not. But that’s not the issue, the issue is the scamming at the service center. Backstory, I went in Nov (2 months ago) for an oil change and also telling them my whole front end shakes when I apply brakes. They basically told me it’s all in my head. Fast forward to today, my dash light came on “low oil level” and my car rumbles when I brake. Bring it there and dude says “we use a dispenser for the oil and the tech didn’t make sure it was filled then so we just topped it off” Also saying my rotors are scored (all 4 of them!) but all brake pads are fine. So they want to resurface my rotors and it’ll cost xxx.xx when asking about my warranty they said it’s only for 12 months and you’ve had the car 14. But had they have fixed it when I went there in Nov, it would’ve been covered. Hense their scam. Their workers are incompetent and don’t do their job and I have to pay? They risked my life and my children’s lives with not fixing the issue and I have to pay them?? Never in my life have I been so turned off by Mazdas services. It’s definitely not worth the risk, my money and they’ve lost all my business as I get new cars every 3 years..
I've been driving Mazdas ever since I got my license, and now I'm on my third car. Every time, I've purchased from Faulkner Mazda for their excellent customer service, and my most recent buying experience there has been the most satisfying yet. Not once did I feel like I was being pushed into something I didn't ask for, and whenever I had a question, they were up front with me — no fluff or xx. At the end of the night, I drove off in my beautiful new '26 Mazda 3, and I couldn't be happier. Special thanks to Mike Rocchi, Bryan Shelepets, and Mike Errichetti for working with me to get just what I wanted!
Want to say thank You to Brian & Mike for making our experince at Faulkner Mazda amazing these are two great guys a salesman and a sales Manager. They know their stuff and if your looking for a Mazda in the Philly area this is the place to go! Great People ! as are all Faulkner Folks!
I had some issues with the March 10 service on my Mazda 3. My previous review was negative. The Mazda Service Manager, Todd Mcninney, called me and we discussed the issues. He scheduled service, and corrected all my issues. Well Done Todd and staff. We have three Mazdas serviced at Faulkner, and the March service was the first time since 2019 we had an issue, which was promptly corrected. Again, well done.
After purchasing a new 2025 Mazda CX5 I looked for another vehicle for a family member from this dealership and boy was I wrong. I went to test drive a 2018 Mazda CX5 which was horrible the vehicle smelled like a dirty dog with dog hair on the back seat and I was told by the General Manager to come in and test drive this vehicle along with a salesman who also commented that the vehicle had an odor what kind of dealership would bring in a loyal customer from just purchasing a new vehicle and expose them to this horrible vehicle which was on the front line on their lot, I emailed the General Manager and received no response. So be careful when you are dealing with type of Dealership
