Antonio Vasquez provided me great service. He explained the issues and provided a good estimate. He also kept me informed of diagnsotic, repairs, and riad test.
Maria Castillo provides excellent service, My daughter and I have been bringing our cars to Maria for years. We have followed Maria from another dealership (which is closer to our house) due to her wonderful service and positive attitude.
Yvonne is awesome! I also liked the great communication via text. The dealer is under construction, but coffee is provided so it's cool.
I would like to sincerely thank the team at Toyota Fremont. I have been bringing my car there for maintenance for about one year, and every time I receive very professional and respectful service. They always complete the work on time, and I truly appreciate their excellent customer service. Special thanks to Bilal. He is a very kind, active, and helpful person. For the most part the service at this dealership is decent. It’s nice that they accept discounts from other local dealerships, being that their service is better than other dealerships I’ve been to. But, with my recent visit for some reason the workers decided to change that atmosphere from a positive experience to one that’s discouraging, like they’re trying to keep people away. It also seems the employees listen or pay attention to outside sources and follow those individuals rather than the customers requests. For example, on my most recent visit, I specifically asked the service advisor Yvonne to let the mechanics working on my car to not touch the items on the ceiling or anything that is taped to the inside of my car. I also asked if my maintenance req’d light could be reset, and Yvonne said the light would be reset as they were working on my car, but it wasn’t reset. So now I have to go elsewhere to have someone else do it. Additionally, Yvonne said they have no reason to touch the ceiling of my car or anything else, but when I got my car back the paper towel covering the horn part of my steering wheel had been rearranged, moved and an item had been removed from it and the liners holding the towel covering together and in place had been moved, damaged and rearranged. The mechanics or other entities damaged that part of my vehicle when I specifically asked them not to. There were also pins that had been moved from papers they were pinned to, so now it was a dangerous driving situation because I had paper hanging from the ceiling of my car, which is not safe and a distraction. Also, when Yvonne had me double-check my contact information, there was an email address that was attached to my contact info that I had NEVER given the dealership or any of its people. In fact, I had stopped using that email address in 2016, so how this dealership got that email address is beyond me. I updated it with the correct email address to be used and it never made it back onto my work order, very strange.
Cuong "CD" Dang my Service Advisor was amazing , provided upfront details and went the extra mile to ensure that my car service experience was timely and beyond satisfactory.
