I would strongly discourage anyone from buying a new or used car here. I recently bought a new car here and it was the worst buying experience of my life. They lived up to the sleazy car salesman stereotype which was to be expected, but what was not expected and extremely frustrating was the gross incompetence throughout the process. They initially showed me the wrong price for the car, so we wasted time negotiating that. They quoted me a very low price to add a trailer hitch that they corrected at the end, but in the meantime, we were once again negotiating on false information. When I went to pick up the car, the cargo mat that I paid for was for a different car so that had to be delivered later. And finally, they put down a different address on the title. Fortunately, it was sent to my neighbor a block away, but I'll have pay a fee and work with RMV to correct that. All n all, I do not wish this experience on anyone else, so I hope this review will we save at least one person from this establishment.
I have purchased 14 vehicles in my lifetime; this was by far the worst buying experience that I have encountered. Honda Village sold me a dirty vehicle, with mechanical and cosmetic issues. I had to get these issues repaired before I even made my first payment. I gave them the opportunity to repair the issues, and they dropped the ball. I took the vehicle to a local dealership and paid to "repair the repair" that Honda Village made. Honda Village has a complete disregard for customers service after the sale. Square Yourself Away Honda Village! Do Better!

Just purchased a new vehicle from Honda Village and it was a great experience! I was very lucky to work with Joshua Fink, who was incredible knowledgeable about the vehicles, options, and vehicle comparisons. Josh made the whole buying process so quick and easy. I have actually waited in a Dunkin Donuts drive through line for a medium hot black coffee for a longer time period than it took to purchase a vehicle with Josh. Absolutely a great place, super friendly people. When you enter, ask for Joshua Fink immediately - you won’t be sorry - guy is a rock star!!
We had an excellent experience buying the car from Honda Village, Newton Corner. All personnel we interacted with behaved professionally. An outstanding experience with Jose, who throughout the whole sale process communicated accurately, listened to our questions and concerns, answered our questions, was patient and delivered exactly and timely what he promised. We would warmly reccommend him.
Has to be the single most ridiculous negotiation I've ever encountered at a dealer. Salesman negotiated a cash price for new CRV with trade, asked us to initial the deal paperwork, and asked for a credit card to take a deposit. Ten minutes later, I'm expecting to see the deal paperwork (I had a check to pay the remainder), some other guy shows up who knows nothing about what was negotiated and signed, and says the price cannot be honored....and he's upset that I think I've been mislead!
Repeat buyer. Will never go back.
