I had an appointment at least a month ahead due to a rear seatbelt malfunction. I dropped my car off at 9am and received a call around 4 stating they had to order the part and I couldn't get my vehicle until the following day. This is my only vehicle and I need it for work. Why wasn't it diagnosed in the morning? Why wasn't the part available since you knew what it was coming in for? Very inconvenient, unnecessary and frustrating!
