Should be called Very Shady Chevrolet! My 20yr old son walked into his local dealership to buy his first used car. The lending they secured is far from appealing, but the bigger issue is they sold him ext warranty, gap insurance, and didn’t include his taxes. Nor did they mention it to him at anytime. They took the cash he had as down payment and let him find out the hard way that taxes weren’t included and now he doesn’t have the $2700 he needs to get his registration. Don’t expect Trevor Pennock to satisfy any fiduciary responsibilities as the dealerships loan officer. He’s looking out for his own interests only.
