My service advisor Patrick was very helpful keeping me up to date on my 19 civic that I just had recently in the shop, was very understanding of what the vehicle needed and made the appropriate recommendations due to mileage and most importantly made sure the car was ready to go on time. Would recommend Faulkner to anyone who needs an honest shop to work on their vehicle and to get done in a timely manner.
