Zero. Zip. Worse than poor service. Incompetent, negligent, fraudulent. Have an authorized service request which they state an item was not done and had the receipt been thoroughly reviewed, we would have known it was not done. As it is, within three days of leaving the service center, the vehicle is now inoperable. Photos of missing bolts. Drive shaft was not secured after replacing power transfer unit. Incorrect bolt used. Extra bolt laying loose. Looks more like sabotage. Had the vehicle for 8 weeks and destroyed it. Thanks. They do not even take ownership for the shoddy work and the result.
I have never left a review for anything in my life, but I hope people will consider this review before going here for vehicle service. My truck was there for almost two months. After calling and leaving several messages, inquiring about the status of my vehicle, and no one returning my calls, I finally demanded to speak with the GM. I was told that they were waiting for the warranty company to approve the work. Then I called the warranty company, they advised me they don’t have any claims regarding service for my truck from any dealers. Fast forward to today, October 25, 2024, I still don’t have my truck and people still aren’t returning my phone calls. So, again I called and demanded to speak with the GM. This time, the receptionist told me that she couldn’t find the GM, but my keys and paperwork were on his desk and they just finished working on my truck last night. Now, why would my keys and paperwork be on the GM’s desk?? Lastly, shortly after they told me my truck was ready to be picked up, I received a text message saying I have a service scheduled for November 4 at 10:30. Surely, this dealer doesn’t think I will EVER be returning, but more importantly, what is the service for, and shouldn’t they have consulted me first, before scheduling me for an appointment? I can’t emphasize enough how bad the this dealer is, if I could give less than 1, I would. I’m anticipating more issues before I actually get my vehicle back, stay tuned.
xxxx poor service. Rip off. Spent over $2000 for the same problem. Dropped off car 7 times. 2 times had to be towed. Had my vehicle for several days at a time and each time picked up with the same problem. Never buy another vehicle and have service done by them. Don't know if they are ignorant or just don't care and stupid. I think the latter.
Took way way way too long to get the job done. Was told that my appointment to get my Jeep fixed as just a drop off time. My Jeep was there for 2 weeks. Unacceptable when I make an appointment I expect the work to start not to have it sit there until you figure when you can work on it. xxxxxxxx. Won't ever be back. Least customer. Sharon was great. But you system is horrible. I don't think you understand that people need there vehicles.
Smooth process and very knowledgeable sales team that helped me find additional savings through my corporate discounts.
I had an appointment that I made a month and a half in advance for Service after four hours of no work no one looking at my vehicle and said they probably wouldn’t be able to get to it because of shop delays. I left with my vehicle with nothing being done to it.
