Went in for service and could not have been smoother. Jason and Tech were stellar! Was kept informed about how work was being completed, what needed to be addressed immediately & what should be taken care of within the next few months of service and what total of tasks were going to cost for this maintenance service. There were no surprises, engaging staff that genuinely wanted to be helpful.
Our salesperson Wayne was kind, hard-working, and great to work with. However how the dealership is set up on the day we picked up our car Wayne was very busy and it seemed that the other departments including management and detailing caused many delays. When making the pick-up appointment I specified that I had a tight deadline to pick-up or I would need to reschedule as I had travel plans. I was told the process would take less than an hour and I would be good to go. It took almost 2 hours, causing me to reschedule my travel time and caused a lot of frustration. Overall I am very happy with my new car and the service but the signing did put a sour taste in my mouth.
Jason K. my service tech kept me apprised of my appointment and the plan for my car. I was very pleased with the service department. The only reason I did not give this dealership 5 stars is Jason had notified me my lifetime oil change program that I had purchased at the time I bought my car (in 2022) was cancelled. As I hadn't requested it to be cancelled or signed any paperwork canceling it I was not thrilled. He directed me to the sales department where the gentleman I spoke to let me know it would need to go through the finance department. He said he left a message for them to call me back. After 24 hours I called them back myself. I was not going to pay out of pocket for the oil change part of my service. The gentleman in the finance department did let me know he would look into it as it was obviously wrongly cancelled. The problem is that it need to be brought up with Lithia (the company that it goes through) and would take a while to fully resolve. He did have the service department remove the cost of the oil change.
Excellent service with a straightforward service scheduling system. Service done on time. Will return for service and sales.
Very expensive and seemed like all they wanted to do is sell sell sell more service, what happened to just fixing what was asked to be fixed and asking if you want anything else looked at or done.
Great experience leasing a vehicle from Latham Ford. Josiah was very efficient in answering all my questions and concerns.
