I have always have great experience over the past couple months with them. They show so much care and always there to have a discussion and help out as they can. I have been their customer since 2011, and for real they are just getting better and better.

I take my vehicle here as part of the standard Toyota care maintenance plan but have not been impressed with their service. It takes 1.5 hours to rotate tires and perform standard safety checks, even if you schedule an appointment even in advance. Anyone with basic auto knowledge could do this faster at home. On top of that, communication is poor. I requested that the scheduler add instructions to check and top off my power steering fluid because it is on the low mark. But this was never notated in the chart or followed up on. The tires are always over-inflated every time I take it in as well. My three experiences with them have been similar and all deserving of a below average rating.
