What Others Say

Good thing is they only lie half the time......challenge is you have to figure out which half is a lie and which half is the truth. These guys have no integrity,,,,beware

Getting a new car from the Mazda S location has been the biggest disappointment I have experienced over the course of 35 years. The customer experience has been as low as I can rate in what I would expect service to be. 5 out of 6 times the promises made have failed. I am actually a very easy sale too because when I need something, I come in knowing exactly what I want, what I will pay and the means and confidence to deliver on what I commit to doing. Easy-no negotiation. Its either yes or no. I tried to do as much as possible on line to save time since my job has intensive travel and I value my time while home as well as respect others time when I make a comittment to uphold (I will even uphold a comittment even if it is inconvenient and I certainly don't promise something if I know I am betting on a contingency). Where I am currently at and Roger Beasley Mazda S is continuing to spiral downward is I signed a deal for my car, with the knowledge that it would not be delivered until the day I left for my job out of the country. I was told I would get a text or email that my car was in the day it arrived. The plan was that I would pick my car up when I returned a week later. I have been home now for a week and 1. I never received a call, text, email that my car was in and 2. I can't get anyone to respond to me. I have talked to so many different people that I do not even know who can help me get my new car that I already purchased. Can you say buyers remorse? I am so disappointed. I would rather pay more for a car where I can count on customer service than a deal that I have no confidence in getting a response. In full disclosure, I did not get a great deal. I went with this car because it was close to where I live.

I’ve been going here for 5 years and this was my first truly bad experience and I’ll be looking elsewhere in the future. My tech was Gavan Carmona and my Service Advisor was David Castillo. In short, avoid these two like the plague. They’re both scammers recommending work that’s not necessary and providing deceitful estimates. I was in for a 55k mile oil change and they recommended new wipers (they replaced them when I got my inspection there just 3 months ago), a battery, a coolant flush, serpentine belt, tensioner, and water pump belt. I said no On the battery and wiper blades because I can easily do that myself. I replaced all the rest after being told the estimate would be about 300-400 for the work and because they’ve been reasonable in the past. I’m short, the work cost $700 (nearly double the verbal estimate) and after research the belts are supposed to last 90k miles. Finally, when I got home and replaced my wipers they were nearly new. No dry rot, no cracks, nothing. These two are scammers recommending unnecessary work and giving false estimates. They should be investigated by Mazda and gotten rid of because they’re ruining what was previously an honest business.

I had a great buying experience at RB Mazda South. LeeAnne and the online sales managers were super helpful with providing me all the car info and LeeAnne showed me a lot of the cool new features in the car and even helped me setup the carplay. Josh was great too and made the financing portion quick and easy. Overall great experience and would definitely recommend it!!!

I have been calling to speak to the service department all morning. Every time I call to speak to them, the secretary asked me what my specific problem is. I don’t call the service department to talk to the secretary, I called to talk to service manager. I get asks if my car is in there or getting set up for service, but all I have is a question. The last time I called the woman said something that sounded like,”enjoy holding,” and then put me on hold. Your service department people suck.

I was gifted a Certified Preowned, 2015 Mazda 5. The Service Department have been wonderful professionals! They send maintenance reminders email and text. When my car is there being serviced they send me an video/audio text update on what they are doing to my car and what their assessments are that I might not know about. My certified preowned vehicle warranty was worth every penny. They gave me quality service the entire time. When my warranty finally expired this year they continued to treat me life a valued customer and offer me affordable prices on repairs. As a retiree on a fixed income I really appreciate that. They have taken such good maintenance repair carevon my M5 that it continues to drive like a brand new car! You should buy a Mazda from them and see that I am telling the truth. Honest, prompt, reliable, affordable maintenance done by experienced professionals!
