This is our first Ford vehicle and I have to say the team at Cloninger Ford of Hickory is exceptional.
I’ve been taking my car to Ford dealer forever… This is my third Ford. They always give me great service.
Went the dealer today. Told them my problem.i told them the exact problem part. The warranty policy I had. They said the repair should be covered. After charging me $243 to tell it’s not covered.and I’m a retired Ford employee. Not happy.
I could not have had a better experience when I took my Ford Edge in for service. I was treated very professionally and technition was very courteous.
Service was a little long at two hours but Gerald was a great Service Advisor and took very good care to keep me informed. He handled my exhaust system check very well, and all other routine service was done to my satisfaction. I will be back! s
