have brand new 2022 rubicon. They send me a letter saying that I need to bring my car for a recall because the car has a factory issue it's only take one hour or less because they appreciate my time. I take off from my work and I went. The customer service are as bad as you can imagine. No even say Hello. Finally I talk to one of the service advisors. He it will take two days and there's no car loaner so I can use during the two days. I tried to explain it not my fault your factory sold me a brand new car need to be fix worth 73000 dollars and I need a car to use during this time. He told me I didn't make it the factory did so take to them. Basically go xxxx yourself we don't care and they look like gang to each other so you can't talk to them. This what we have take it or leave it. So I contacted the recall center they are worse than the dealership customer service. So jeep spend all this money on ads for us to buy their cars and here the customer services smashing their reputation. I always love jeep but after today I will return the jeep because I don't have the mind or the time to deal with this type of customer service does not know why people buy expensive brand new car to have peace and being appreciated.

This Dealership like many Dealerships in California could be setting themselves up for costly lawsuits for hiring salespersons with lengthy criminal history of fraud, ID thief and forgery. The crook uses dealership access to DMV and credit information databases to target potential women customers for his scams.

Been coming here for two years straight for all my oil changes and tire rotations with no problems because the car is new and nothing really needs to be changed besides that. So now I'm hearing a noise from the AC I bring it in , first day they don't hear anything so they tell us to come in and show us the noise we hear 20 mins before the mechanic goes home. On our way , they finally hear the noise. At this point we turn around and wait to hear what happens the next day. So it's 1pm I haven't heard anything so I call. They are still figuring it out & they will call back when they find the issue . 3pm they find out the condenser is leaking Freon therefore it has to be replaced and since it's under warranty they will replace it TOMORROW. So this is going on day 3 and all this time I'm carless with 4 kids at home and my Husband at work with his car. I was never offered a loaner or anything . So day 3 the car was finally finished at 4pm just in time for me to take my kids to their mma class. They send someone to pick me up which was the best thing they did. Get my car back & it's STILL MAKING THE SAMS NOISE. At this point I leave bc I already signed the papers and they brought the car to me and never said hey let's test drive before u leave . So besides this concern I also had a tire rotation, oil change and a differential oil change as well. Before I took my car in I knew I had a nail in my tire and it has a slow leak but I plan to get it repaired else wear. So tell me why they never noticed the mail in my tire & THEY DIDNT PUT AIR IN MY TIRES! So on top of hearing the noise on my way to the freeways I get an alert that my tire pressure is low on my tire that has a slow leak. I knew what the tire pressures were before I came in and didn't tell them specifically to put air in my tires bc I know that is mandatory. I called back they advised me to drive it a few days to see if the noise goes away some how. Drive it a week with the noise coming back less often then the first time. I filled complaint with dodge about everything . I'm back in the shop this last Monday after not being able to get ahold of the lady who called me to take care of my issues and concerns. I called her 5 days straight , leaving 3 voicemails and never a call back. I go in ask for her directly , she meets me and remembers who I was and like nothing she tells me she will take care of everything with the car. She take me to George who is very nice and the veteran service writer. He is very nice and sits in the car with me trying to determine the sound. He hears it and tells me he thinks it's the blower motor ( but since he isn't a mechanic he shouldn't of try to make a guess in my opinion) . He does do a good job of getting the mechanic and showing him the noise as well. Once they get my car in I don't hear from them until the next day after I called in around 1 again. They said the Freon way LOW like almost empty!!!! Are u kidding me. So I worked at a dealership and a mother car shop before so I know that any AC job requires an an recharge which is with a machine that puts the FREON IN YOUR CAR. So the idiot mechanic most of not even noticed that there was no Freon in the machine and all this headache is because of him!! So this time I come and George goes to the car with me to hear for the noise which is now gone because the Freon is full and isn't messing up my car anymore !! So when I'm loading up my kids in the suv I notice all my car seats were taken out and the two back rows were out down for some odd reason! They shouldn't have even been in my car for an AC issue . I now had to connect 3 car seats and they used a whole quarter of a tank . I had just filled up my car before I went here so that was noticeable . Can't help but think they used my car to load stuff up and take somewhere else !! Never ever ever coming back to this very UNPROFESSIONAL DEALERSHIP!

Michael Northcu / 5906 was extremely rude and racist!!!!!!! I have never experienced anything like this. This guy should definitely not be in the position he's in. When I went to complain to the main manager they tell me ohh he left early today. I will be filing a lawsuit against these guys. Its 2020 no one should have to deal with racism anymore. Im spending my money with these guys and this is what I get in return. Unacceptable!!!!!!!!!

BUYER BEWARE* I went to Mcpeeks to purchase 2020 Charger Hellcat. Ronnie the Sales Manager lied and was deceitful when the final paperwork was completed. Lied about the manufacturer rebate and added it back into the price of the car! I did not get any benefit of the $7,070 in rebates! I agreed to selling price of $79k plus tax and license(see text exchange in photo) Then Ronnie agreed to sell at invoice price of $77415.(copy attached) I have called the manufacturer to express my disappointment with the deceitful business practice there! DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE HERE!!!

This dealership lived up to their website presentation on vehicle servicing. I sent them an Email regarding my vehicle servicing requirement, and they phoned me back within the hour. We discussed .the problem in more detail, and they sent a tow truck out to pick up the vehicle that afternoon. The next afternoon they called me and said all recalls were completed, and that the car starts just fine. They asked me if I wanted to pick it up.right away since they were presently 'short handed'. I asked them if they could deliver it the next day, and they said no problem. The next morning a polite young man drove it to my home, and said all work was performed under recall warranty. They never tried to sell me on anything outside of my needs..
