Uriah was great. My experience at the dealership overall was good but frustrating. I had been having issues with my battery/starter for a few weeks. The first time I took my car in, no issue with battery / starter was diagnosed and I was sent home with a laundry list of things wrong with my car that needed fixed. After a week, my car continued not to start. I had to get my car towed to this dealership for a 2nd time for them to tell me that my starter was faulty. The team was nice and helpful, communication mediocre. Frustrated that it took a few weeks and multiple diagnostic appts to get this figured out.

I lost my only car key and needed a new one made. Service Advisor Uriah was so incredibly amazing. I was there for a while, but he made sure to keep me updated with the wait time expectations, gave me all of my options, was attentive and caring and empathetic about my price concerns, answered all of my questions, and made sure to keep me aware of what was going on every step of the way. He truly went above and beyond to help me and it was a 10/10 experience. Thank you so very much Uriah, I genuinely owe you my first born.
