The buying experience was a pleasure at Toyota World of Clinton. Doug our sales representative was very professional and answered all of our questions. I would definitely recommend this dealership
A 25k service visit took 1 hour and 45 minutes. Clearly they are either over scheduling or they just have zero regard for their customers.
Everyone at the service desk and parts department are knowledgeable, courteous and easy to work with. The work done on my car is always top notch.
Took my car in for service with Anthony and had great service. It was an hour and a half wait time. Anthony is easy to work with and efficient.
After having negotiated for 2 days, the salesperson checking with the manager at each stage, agreeing a price, and setting an agreed upon time for payment details the following morning, we were completely floored when we were informed the car had been sold! No explanation, no apology, just the line about ‘having a comparable model coming in soon.’ Incredibly poor service and lack of professionalism. Are all dealerships this untrustworthy? In all honesty, would not recommend Toyota World of Clinton to my worst foe and would highly recommend car seekers look elsewhere if they want proper service from a trustworthy dealership.
Excellent experience with Doug Muller and Michael Templeton when trading in my car and purchasing a used Toyota! Doug was very knowledgeable and informative. Both he and Michael were extremely friendly and helpful. There was none of stereotypical treatment of an “older female” coming into the showroom to look at cars. I have the perfect car thanks to Doug and Michael!
