HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I found a Craiglist posting for a van at a great price. I called ahead to make sure the van was available and was in good shape. Taya was helpful ov I found a Craiglist posting for a van at a great price. I called ahead to make sure the van was available and was in good shape. Taya was helpful over the phone and assured me everything was good. But then when I went to the lot, Joe wouldn't honor the price on the Craiglist ad! He said the vehicle was $1,000 more even though I had the ad right in front of me. Joe claimed it was an old ad and "prices are subject to change". Joe refused to listen to me, cut me off multiple times, and started getting mad at me and accusing me of lying and "bad business practices". He then told me I was "pissing him off" and Joe proceeded to kick me off the lot. I have never had a sales person talk to me in such a horrible way; I am still in shock! I'm not sure how the other employees are; Taya seemed very pleasant. But Joe was just awful to deal with and because of his attitude I had an absolutely horrible experience and have to give a one star rating. More

Even after 3 days if they lied about the car you have rights! Allow me to share with you my experience: I am just a nice normal person. I shared with them I am a low income mom of a young child. I went in with my 2006 VW Jetta to trade in. It needed some work I could not afford (tranny) and I was honest about the mechanical issues. They could have made a huge profit off of me without screwing me over, but that was clearly not enough for them. They don't care about people or ethics at that place. They do bad business. I let Clint (salesman) know that I have an 18 month old and all I was looking for was something safe for her and I to get around in. He sold me a Subaru which I had a lot of hesitations about. He kept making me feel stupid for my concerns. It seemed to run really rough, but he assured me it was a newly rebuilt engine which would run great. I asked at purchase what my options were if the car was a lemon and the lady said "find yourself a good mechanic." I should have known then not to buy. Within 2 business days my mechanic looked at the car. It was sold to me with NO DIFFERENTIAL FLUIDS, DEAD STRUTS, DEAD BRAKES, AND A ROD HAD BLOWN IN THE ENGINE just to name a few of the problems. Not to mention it was NOT REBUILT, it was POWERWASHED. Clint had OUTRIGHT LIED to me about everything possible. I went back with my mechanic and they laughed at me. Then when he got mean they allowed me to trade for another car. My mechanic checked out the whole lot and there was ONLY ONE CAR WORTH BUYING on the entire lot. And only if they did the repairs it needed, which they would not have done in any other situation. They had the nerve to charge me additional money as well because the sticker price on that car was more !!!! I would think this was the work of one xxxxxxx salesman if it were not for the fact that every other car there was xxxxed up and not worth buying. Clearly, they want their sales people lying or they would never sell any cars! Please, think of your money. Think of your safety. Don't let these xxxxers take you like they took me. More

Way way better experience than my last time buying a car. I bought a 2001 suburban here. The truck is running good. After buying it the check engine light came on. I called the lot and they made me an appoin I bought a 2001 suburban here. The truck is running good. After buying it the check engine light came on. I called the lot and they made me an appointment to fix it. It took a couple days but they did over a thousand dollars in work free as part of there deq guarantee and it cost me nothing. Now I have a new cat, new plugs and wires and o2 sensors. The price was awesome and the truck was great. way better than I expected considering some of the online advertising I've seen especially when I went to othe 82nd lots and looked at some of the garbage that some one photoshopped. The staff was really cool and not pushy. I worked with Clint, Vick and Joe. I feel like the whole experience was really straight up and we got exactly what we came there for. I have had some credit issues in the past and they were able to respect the fact that I did not want to have any payments. They Explained how to work everything and they installed my car seats for me. This was a way better experience than the last car I bought on craigslist which was from a private seller and I could never get through DEQ. All-around great experience I will refer my friends and family and go back for my next car. More

Went to buy a car. Didn't have much money to put down. Apparently someone else had more than me because they were extremely rude and kicked me out of the office to help someone who had more money. Go there but if someone has more money be prepared to be kicked out. Not a very nice dealership at all. More

DONT BUY A CAR HERE!!! wasted 2650 on a piece of S*** intreprid there. it was posted at 2495 they said 2800 because they had to get plates and the registration and other xx fees. I told Corey this wasnt my price range and he "suddenly " found the plates and dropped it to 2650 but said since he dropped the price if it didnt pass deq they wouldnt fix it. my red flag but i purchased it anyway,. on the way to the bank i waited for my salesmen to pay a phonebill who later left his phone in the car and kept calling asking me to bring it back HA. he eventually came to get it unprofessional and uncomfortable and my PLATES ARE TO A TOWN AND COUNTRY CHRYSLER. CARFAX FIRST PPL!!!! transmission problems , converters screwed. brakes too. the whole team is xxxx robbed a mother and her baby in need.
