I know what I need when I bought my rx350. the Demo car,I test drove, has everything I need. I did not have chance to test drive my car becion ause it was in very back corner. I asked the sales man several times what is the difference between the one with navigation and the one I want to buy, all he said " everything is same, except tye navigation". even if I found it on Lexus online, he still told me everything is same, the website is not correct. do you want to listen to my audio record??? come on, I am customer, I can not check everything o my car.... you sales guy even do not know how to use the remote engine start, he told me " remote engine start is when you site inside car, push the button, that is remote engine start!!!" what a joke, you guys even do not familiar with car he deals with every day~~~ I recored the audio because I had very bad experience with my previous VW dealer, they ignored my issue and even say " xxxxing Chinese behinds me", I contacted the VW north America, North America ignore my issue, I had no chine but contact the VW at Germany , and my issue was finally solved. I love my RX350, the car is great except the tires. I do not want to have the same experience what I had with VW. I expected much much more. if you can not help me fix the issue, that is ok. do not make me disappoint any further, ok!!! thanks. BTW, my email is pwang1987@gmail.com, if you really work something out with me, email me, I do not want to call the front desk, and then be transferred to someone else.
