I want to specifically mention how much extra effort they put in to make me happy: At the time of the sale, they couldn't find a car in the state with the color and option I want, so I ended up ordering one and the wait time was to be 6-8 weeks. The sales person Ryan told me he would keep an eye on the inventory in the state so that he could get me one as soon as possible. Yet during the wait time Ryan left the job and I thought I had a bad luck and there would be no chance for me to get a car sooner. To my surprise, the dealership did keep their promise and located a matching car within two weeks. They even sent someone to Tucson to drive the car back. But when I found out the mileage on the car was a bit high, I was a little uncomfortable and the new sale person Josh Decker immediately called me to let me know I don't have to buy it if I am not comfortable. The tone in his voice relieved me of my guiltiness of not accepting such a car they tried so hard to get for me. And when my car did arrive several weeks later, Josh had every document ready and he walked me through every feature and setup thoroughly. I also want to thank Dean for this friendliness. Though he was not my sales person, he did stop by and took time to answer my questions. I feel this dealership and its sales crew care more about a customer's satisfaction than just making a sale. Definitely would recommend them to anyone who wants a Subaru. More

We have been in and out of there several times over the last 3 months while we tried to decide what kind of car would best meet our needs. Charlie is knowledgable about the cars he sells. He pointed out features and answered questions that we hadn't even thought of yet!! Even though we went back and forth about the time frame of the purchase and then what kind of car we wanted, I knew after our first meeting that Charlie was our guy. He was not hard sell, not at all what you think of the stereotypical car dealer. Now that the deal is done, I am so happy with our decision to purchase a Subaru Outback from The Subaru Superstore! We had prearranged to meet Josh Decker and he was readily available when we arrived. The car we were interested in was ready and staged outside for a test drive. A heavy dust and rain storm rolled in, but that did not stop us from taking a test drive. Driving into the violent storm did not phase Josh one bit; we were in a Subaru. Josh and the Superstore dealership strongly considered our counteroffer, and came back with an offer that was fair and logically thought out. Josh was friendly, knowledgeable, and most importantly, professional. After purchase, Josh took the time to physically show me every feature of the vehicle. Our experience at Subaru Chandler was a night and day difference from the first dealership we visited. More

Drive a little---save a lot I visited our local Tucson Subaru dealer---then several buying services at COSTCO, my credit union and my insurance company. Every lead I followed p I visited our local Tucson Subaru dealer---then several buying services at COSTCO, my credit union and my insurance company. Every lead I followed put me at the front door (via the internet) of the Superstore and in the capable hands of Joey LaBranche. We bargained and went back and forth for a few days (all part of the "process"). Finally, I named a price and they immediately agreed. Their price beat my local dealer (and everyone else) by a mile. No one would even try to meet it. It was well worth the search and the short drive up to Phoenix. Pickup, delivery and paperwork was set up to get everything done almost invisibly and with great ease. Would I send anyone else there? If you want a Subaru (what a great car) (who would not) and you live within a days drive of Phoenix, give Joey a call and be amazed at what Joey and the Superstore staff will do to meet your needs. If, as they say, a good deal is a state of mind---I got the best deal on the planet. I am a happy guy and my wife loves her new Subaru. More

We were greeted by a patient, exceptionally nice, family man named Carlos Otero. He went way above and beyond any dealer we had dealt with on that-way too long- weekend of car shopping. Even Mark, one of the managers, was very friendly and straightforward. We never felt slighted, cheated or like we were in the dark on anything! They wanted to make sure we were happy even if we didn't buy a car from them. Their facility was pristine AND dog friendly. The staff is kind and helpful. We drove away with a full tank of gas and a few gracious add-ons to our beautiful 2008 outback and could not have been happier. After going for a road trip and enjoying our car around town for a few weeks, the darn thing got stuck in first gear! We were terrified of the inevitably outrageous estimate we would get to diagnose and fix the car up in Flagstaff(home) so we called the superstore for answers. Not only did Subaru Superstore of Chandler look at the transmission, but they sent us a loaner car for the time being, ordered a broken pin, fixed her up good(thank you Kevin!) and for not a single penny. No joke. Not a penny. Once again, we could not be happier! More

Morgan helped me to understand the car and I test drove it. Very relax environment, no pushing, no pressure at all. Price sheet was given to me and I needed a special color which they did not have in stock. I left the store without any pressure at all. Went home and thought about it, contacted Morgan again after few days. They said they can locate my color in other store. Negotiated price with Josh and they gave me a good deal. Picked up the car within a week. The finance staff Pierre was nice and didn't pressure for extra warranty packages. Very nice experience, great service and friendly staffs. More
