Having never purchased a car from another state and with all of the California regulations, we were a little hesitant but after reading all of the reviews and seeing other people's experience doing the same thing through Heuberger Motors, we did it. From the start, Nikki was an awesome salesperson. Never, ever pushy, answered all of our questions, was upbeat and positive throughout the whole experience. She followed through and contacted us regularly to make sure all of our questions were answered. She was open to texting, calling or emailing - whatever was convenient for us. Once transferred over to the finance department, Mark was timely and took care of everything. Not once did we ever regret the decision or think we made a mistake. The car was delivered in excellent condition with all of the paperwork and a full tank of gas!! I would most certainly do this again and highly recommend Heuberger Motors for all out of state purchases. They know what they are doing and help you through all of the red tape each state has.
