Dave was very friendly and I ended up with a sweet new ride after test driving a couple with him. He is very knowledgeable about what each car has to offer. He made me feel very welcome!!! Donna was also very helpful with finding a car within my budget. Joe is also amazing, with all the technical and financial help and seriously went above and beyond for me. I was recently dealing with Grappone Ford in Concord, NH and Chris Pappas from that dealer. Chris Pappas never returned any phone calls or emails after sitting down with him for 2 hours explaning my needs. He was horrible and I will never deal with Grappone Ford again! For two months I tried to reach him and he never returned any calls or emails. I left a message for the general manager at Grappone Ford and the same thing happened, he never returned my phone call!!!!! Chris Lussier at Bill Dube Ford listened to all my needs and got things done. The 4 new trucks I ordered all run off propane and this was not a problem for Chris to take care of for me. He understood my needs, listened to my needs and fulfilled my needs. I will never buy another Ford truck from anyone, unless Chris Lussier is my salesman. More

Incredible experience My case was very unique that's why I have more than one Employee listed. I had to file bankruptcy about 2 years ago in order to keep my home. When I w My case was very unique that's why I have more than one Employee listed. I had to file bankruptcy about 2 years ago in order to keep my home. When I was in need of a car, I knew that, my 1999 Mitsubishi would not pass another State Inspection, I turned to several car dealers around Mass and NH borders without any success. As soon as they heard that I was in Bankruptcy they had no longer interest in serving me reason given that, it would be very hard to get me approved and gave me all kind of other excuses how hard it was to even get an approval from the Chapter 13 Trustee. When I mentioned my car dilemma to my Lawyer, his Paralegal gave me Jennifer Malone's business card who is a Client Specialist for Bill Dube Ford- Toyota- Scion. From there, I was contacted from others who were involved in my credit application. At my first appointment I met Ann Morin a Variable Operations Manager who introduced me to Shawn McKinney who is a Product Specialist. We discussed my options and every one of the mentioned names involved themselves of getting my purchase approved from the Trustee. Let me not forget to mention that, each employee of Ford Dube I had contact with was treating me with highly respect as If I was a regular buying customer regardless of my financial Situation. I drove off as a happy customer with a very reliable car. By the way, I am living approx. 2 hrs away from Dover, NH and, it's worth it. Thank you for all your support, Ford- Toyota- Scion Employees.
