Oil change/45k service The car was washed but they missed cleaning both of the exterior mirrors. I went in for an oil change but they recommended the 45k mileage service The car was washed but they missed cleaning both of the exterior mirrors. I went in for an oil change but they recommended the 45k mileage service maintenance. I had 38k on my car. If would have known that ahead of time I could have asked for a loaner vehicle and not have used vaca time from work for my appt. He went over very quickly what was going to be performed for the 45k service. My boyfriend asked me what that included and I had no idea. It would be helpful if the bill showed what services were performed He said the brakes were fine but I didn't see anything marked on the paper showing the wear of the brakes. It didn't seem like my wheel lock kit in my glove compartment was moved. Sal is wonderful. I'm just nitpicking. More

Purchasing my first Audi From the first day I walked into the dealer ship I was treated as a number 1, grade "A" customer. I was introduced to Celene Johnston on that very fi From the first day I walked into the dealer ship I was treated as a number 1, grade "A" customer. I was introduced to Celene Johnston on that very first day and she took about hour and a half to two hours showing me cars, options, and searching what was availabel. All along not even knowing if I was really serious about buying a car. From that day foward our relationship of customer and sales rep. blossemed. After countless visits, phone calls, emails, and text messages with Celene , I drove out of there almost 5 mounths later on 8/19//2014 with my brand new 2015 custom built A4. It was everything I wanted and more. But before I signed on that dotted line Celene took about 2 hours going over the car to make sure it was exactly what I wanted and then showing me every detail of the car and how to use every control. She even said If I need more help just call and come back in and we can go over the car again. Because I was going away on vacation in 2 days she even said if I run into problems with any of the controls just give her a call and she could talk me through it even if it was late at night and she was at home!!! The next day I called my insurance agent to make sure I was covered and removing my old car, and they said no problem, everything has already been taken care of, Celene called us yesterday and gave us all the informartion. WOW where do you find a sales rep today like that. I could ramble on for the next 2 pages about how wonderful Celene treated me as a customer, but I will finish it with this. Between me, my 2 sons and my partner, I have purchased over 10 diferent cars 3 from one dealer, 2 from another, 2 from another and the rest all different dealers. I have never been treated as well as Celene and Reading Audi treated me!!! Hats off to Celene and Reading Audi, they are truly a 100% class A dealership. Your Truely, Rodney J. Witt More
