Changed my impression about dealers and car sales agents I am not one of those who usually writes reviews. I have bought 4 cars in the past and this was my 5th one - point is I know the sales agents, their p I am not one of those who usually writes reviews. I have bought 4 cars in the past and this was my 5th one - point is I know the sales agents, their pricing and how they operate. I am also extremely analytical and research oriented - just by profession - again the point is I did my homework well about the pricing, features and models (ok I think so)...not lets come to the point. These guys just changed my impression about car dealers and agents...hope that summarizes it all. Details - I worked with Justin, who is extremely courteous, detailed, to the point, besides not being pushy and offering the best price (compared to other dealerships). He just does not fit into the role of a traditional car sales guy...in a good sense, if you know what that stereotype means. The Finance guy was very brief and precise, his suggestions made sense and again was not pushy at all. No flashy words - I will definitely like to work with these guys again. More

Purchasing a GLK350 was the best decision we made this year. From the minute we walked in the front door we received first-class attention from your fiendly personnel. You answered all of our questions and immeditately convienced us that this vehicle would be an excellent choice for our family. You handled all the financing, gave us a great price for a superior vehicle, took time to show us how to work all the features and we walked away feeling very happy with our new family addition. We are enjoying every feature on our GLK350 which feels like it was made for us. We are recommending our family and friends to come and live the ParkPlace experience and we are now glad to be a part of your family of friendly professionals. More

He listened carefully and understood my needs even though I had trouble articulating some of them! ( I am not a car expert). There was no hard sell and John even arranged for me to visit the Lexus dealer because I was torn between the two makers. I finally chose a C 250 and am very happy with my choice. I recommend the dealership and John Shepherd for excellent service that truly is customer-oriented More

Passion of a Dedicated Willing...Worker! I truly enjoyed my Sales Agent Kevin Jackson. He took the time too educated me regarding the process of the online approval application. He also spoke with me regarding the financing and what type of MB I would qualify and the months of financing. I gave Kevin Jackson a verbal conversation and description of the type of vehicle I wanted to purchase. He went to work right away on getting me what I requested. Within and less than 1hr, I was getting a call to come pick up my new MB. I started doing my holla holla dance, and I went to purchase my new MB. He gave me the warranties rundown on my vehicle and all of the things that comes with being a MB owner. I had a walkthrough of the Financing Department, and the Maintenance Department, and the Car wash. He also went over with me all of the things that my vehicle has, cruise control, Pandora, Blue Tooth, and Speed Control, setting my Radio stations, window setting, seating controls, and seat warmers e, and much more. I am very, very elated and satisfied customer with a great smile on my face. Everyone was so helpful, especially Kevin Jackson. The thing that caught my attention most, Kevin Jackson was honest with me upfront and he wasn’t pushy in trying to make a sale or sale me a vehicle I didn’t want or like. The two ladies that greet you at the front desk, were very professional and friendly. I love my Car! Now Do You Want to Ride in my Mercedes Boy! Is my new theme song.. I am a MB customers until I go upgrade for the upcoming year 2015. Thanks Park Place for having a great Sales Agent like Kevin Jackson. My experience exceeded all of my expectations with Shilo G. Went to dealership with my son who is a customer of Park Place to buy a used Mercedes. Met Shilo Gibson, an internet sales rep, who was very patient with me in trying to find the 'right' used vehicle. When it became apparent that they didn't have a used vehicle, I inquired if Shilo could handle the purchase of a new vehicle. Shilo handled the search and purchase of my choice. The car was not yet at the dealership so I wanted a few days for delivery. Shilo came back to the dealership on his day off to deliver the car, which I very much appreciated. His easy going approach is something you don't often find at a car dealership. Park Place and the employees I had contact with during the purchase and delivery exceed all my expectations. I travelled from Austin to make my purchase. More

I had never purchased a vehicle before and I half expected some pushy salesman just trying to make his quota. What I got was the complete opposite. Right up until I signed on the dotted line I felt like Alan and Dan wanted me to get the best possible deal, even if that meant I didn't purchase the vehicle from them. I would HIGHLY recommend this dealership to anyone who will listen and if you're on the fence about buying a Smart Car, I think you already know what to do, buy it and buy it from Park Place! More

From the time I walked in until the time I left with my new Mercedes my entire experience has been nothing but the best experience I could have every asked for. Mark greeted me immediately and was personable, friendly, polished and extremely knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions and shared a great deal of information on the Mercedes I was looking at. There was nothing Mark did not know. Everyone treated me like they wanted my business and that I was a valued potential customer. I came in with no intention of buying a new car that evening. I had a BMW for years and had decided to go back to BMW. I also test drove an Audi and Cadillac. I decided to go and see what Mercedes had to offer and I am glad I did. I arrived at Park Place late in the evening and did not leave until around 8:50pm after everyone had gone home except Mark and myself. Mark stayed and did not rush me out. Mark would had stayed as long as he needed. He treated me like he sincerely wanted my business and would be there for me however long it took. I can honestly say hands down that Mark and the entire staff at Mercedes is by far the most professional, well dressed and personable dealership staff than any dealership I have ever been in. Then going thru finance with Brian Podor was a breeze. I never thought it would be that easy. Brian too was very professional and explained fully everything I needed to know about financing my new Mercedes. What a life-enriching experience. I have already told all my friends and co-workers and I would recommend Mark and Park Place to everyone. I believe from this day forward I will only go back to Mark and Park Place.
