Excellent prices on used cars I hesitated to stop in this dealership because of the types of cars they sell new - BMW, Audi, etc. I didn't expect any used cars in my price range. I hesitated to stop in this dealership because of the types of cars they sell new - BMW, Audi, etc. I didn't expect any used cars in my price range. I found a used car I was interested in online and stopped by the dealership. They had a nice selection of used cars of the type and price range I was interested in. The sales person did not push me in any one direction like others had at other local dealerships. I think I could have test driven as many cars as I needed to before making my decision. The sales person even helped with delivery by following me home with the vehicle. They also accommodated me about a missing floor mat by ordering a new set without hesitation. I expect that I will be back at this dealership and asking for this sales person when I am ready to buy a vehicle in the future. More

I have dealt with a lot of sales people at different dealerships from Mn., Iowa, Wis. This has been my best experience yet. Narcisa Ramic was very helpful with my questions I had. She was not pushy at all and have had a lot that were over the years. After I decided to get the 2015 Optima and made the deal and did the paper work, she was still helping me. Before I left the dealership, she paired my Bluetooth phone up with my car radio. I would have had NO clue on how to do that and love that option and use it all the time. I had mud flaps thrown in on the deal and she had them ordered for me. She also emailed me to let me know when they should come in and again to make sure I got them. She made sure that the whole experience was nice and it was. Like I said I trade a lot and will be going back to this dealership when the time comes and maybe check out a Jetta LOL. More
