Fantastic car buying experience I recently purchased a 2006 Cayman S from Carbiz after finding the car through cargurus.com. As an out of state buyer, I was weary of buying a car I I recently purchased a 2006 Cayman S from Carbiz after finding the car through cargurus.com. As an out of state buyer, I was weary of buying a car I knew I would be purchasing sight unseen. I had a laundry list of questions as well as I requested Carbiz send the car to a local porsche dealer for a full PPI which I had set up. As I expected, the car was confirmed to be exactly as described: full service history, no over-revs, new sport tires, no paint chips, etc. Along the way, Matt stayed in constant contact, updating me daily. When it came time to purchase the car, Carbiz was able to beat my bank rate for financing and Russ even offered a heavily discounted warranty. Although I ultimately declined this coverage, there was never the least bit of pressure to buy. All bank transactions went smoothly and when it came time to ship the car via private carrier which I arranged, Matt made sure to send me extensive pictures of the car exterior to document appearance as well as mileage confirming there would be no "joy rides" taken by the trucking company. As expected, the car arrived to my doorstep in Ohio with the exact mileage to the .1 mile. Overall a great experience from all aspects. Not only would I look to Carbiz first for my next car purchase but I would recommend them to any friend. Great company!! More

I was not that impressed but I wanted to see it so I called to make and appointment to see the car thee next day. It was so nice and I knew then I wanted that car. The service was absolutely fantastic. My sales team Jason Jacovsky, Brian Schriver, and Myron Boyd were great! They treat you like family and I would do it all over again if i had too. Easy Transition I was looking to trade up and found Carbiz through my employers car buying program. I engaged Matthew via the internet to answer questions that I had I was looking to trade up and found Carbiz through my employers car buying program. I engaged Matthew via the internet to answer questions that I had and he was very helpful and answered my questions. I scheduled an appointment based off of the info that I received from him. When I arrived he was still servicing a customer and I was then assisted by Danielle. She was helpful and assisted me with test driving the vehicles. There were a few vehicles in different colors of the make and model that I was interested in. The color of one of the vehicles displayed on the website was not the one that matched the vehicle but I did however like the color and the interior of that vehicle and it was the one that I end up purchasing. The application process was not lengthy but I wasn't prepared to provide 3 references for the credit application, with names and addresses so it would have been helpful if they would have provided me with a list of what to bring up front to speed up the process. The finance person was very helpful with finding and providing me a great rate. I gave some push back about the initial rate offered to me, mention that I was apart of a credit union and also worked for a bank which provided a discount for employees. He ultimately called my bank and got a great rate! Since this was around Thanksgiving Danielle was out but Jason stepped right in to provide me with the additional information that I requested regarding the vehicle so that I wasn't waiting until Danielle returned. I returned the day after thanksgiving to purchase the vehicle. Danielle assisted me. I forgot to bring my insurance and payoff information for my trade because I had cleaned my car out the day before but Danielle allowed me to use her computer to retrieve the information. The process went smooth but I did have a bit of a wait to sign my documents. I think Russ was the only person probably because of the holiday. Russ was patient and went through the contract with me line by line and answered questions. After that was done my vehicle was waiting clean and shined. I only received one car key and remote which I thought was odd and inquired about it. Danielle stated that they only have what was sent with the vehicle. So unfortunately I'll have to incur that cost which will run about $200 or so. Over all this was a good car buying experience with great customer service and reasonable prices. There were only minor inconveniences but I definitely would recommend! More

The salesperson, had said, that, they had one in stock at the time. Guess what? I was standing right beside the one 300! It was such a consequedence, that I had already found that one vehicle. Salesperson, said," let's take it for a ride". My husband, was so excited and thrilled with the feel of this 300. Paperwork, came next. We were thinking, that we were not going to get approved. Trust us! We will get you approved, " the salesperson said"! Right today, my husband is still a very happy camper! Yea, Carbiz! Great work! Thanks a bunch, from a very satisfied customer.
