For as long as I can remember, I have loved the Cadillac. Is the only car that I have to turn my neck to look at in the street when I see it. I had my eye on a 2008 CTS4 for almost a month. I then I saw it in their website at a reduced price. I got encouraged and submitted an offer. Immediately the next morning, I received an email from Keith Sanders, offering to work with me until we reach an agreement. I went to the office with my son in law to test drive the car and keith had everything ready for us. All the paperwork for the purchase just needed my signature. I was then asked to go to another of their location for the payment and was pleasantly surprised that I got my plates that same day! I was thinking I would get a cardboard plate until the real ones came, so I was happy to drive away with my real plates. The car had a couple of things that needed to be looked up and repair and so, they immediately contacted their specialists and schedule appointments for me to take the car in the next morning. all the issues that needed to be taken care off were documented and resolve the next morning. I'm very happy with my new car and with the service I was provided by Shirey Cadillac. My salesmen Keith Sanders, was very professional and friendly.
