So it is an absolute pleasure to drive about 60 miles to Walters Porsche to benefit from great customer service, notably Adrian Madrid and the chief technician who makes my car like new! A great shopping experience! I was looking for a specific car with a specific color for a few months. My friend took me to Walters Porsche where I met Mr. Tony Nguyen, one of the I was looking for a specific car with a specific color for a few months. He told me that they did not have that car but as soon as it gets to the dealership he would call me. Then he actually delivered on his promise and after almost 2 months he did not forget about me, he called me and helped me through the process of purchasing that special car with so much professionalism and enthusiasm that made this purchase so much more enjoyable. He also took his time to explain every feature of that car, and he did not stop until I was completely satisfied. Moreover, he gave me a ride (I live 50 miles away from the dealership) to the dealership so I could pick up my newly purchased car. On a separate note, I have to mention that the whole staff at Walters Porsche, specially Mr. Pete Laban, treated me really well and I will sure come back for any service or purchase need to them even though they are farther than other Porsche dealerships to me. We really liked Tim because he wasn't pushy like other salesman in San Diego and Orange County that we met when searching for a car. He let me test drive a few models so I can see the differences in each one and explaining how they were different. And anytime I emailed him questions, he would reply to me right away with answers. Ours was custom made in Germany and just arrived a few days ago. We love it! It came out better than expected. When the car arrived, Tim came all the way down to San Diego (2 hours away from Walters) to pick us up so my wife and I can drive back together. Great service I used AAA car purchase service trying to get a quote for a Porsche Cayman, and was referred to Walter's Porsche. That same day, Scott called and ask I used AAA car purchase service trying to get a quote for a Porsche Cayman, and was referred to Walter's Porsche. That same day, Scott called and asked what exactly was I looking for and invited me to have a test drive over the weekend. Once at the dealer, I was given a chance to drive the Cayman S and the new GTS. Scott broke down the figures for me on both cars and I decided to go with the GTS. After the sales, Scott spent time with me in the car explaining how the instruments work and paired my phone with the car. All that while the car was being cleaned and waxed. Scott also gave a pair of keychains, a sun shield, and even a Porsche Motorsport Bear for my wife. The whole car purchase experience was so easy and hassle-free. Walter's Rock's I started shopping for a replacement for my 2007 Cayman and found some amazing prices on remaining 2014 new inventory at Walter's Porsche. I called and talked with John Beach and with his I pad sent me some great photos and video's of the car I was interested in. When I arrived at the dealership John was stuck in traffic after delivering a GT-3 to a customer so Giovanni seamlessly took over for John. I had talked with John about turning in my car for credit toward the new car and he offered a fair price(I checked). Giovanni offered a test drive, by myself as they inspected my car. When I said yes, he reviewed the pricing with me...nothing changed!! I finished the paperwork with Andy and bought an extended warrantee that fit my driving. The new car was detailed, fueled and waiting for me as I finished. I love the new Cayman, it is hugely improved over my '07...I have written out over 30 things that I like better! More
