He had been super responsive all week via email as I was on business travel. When we came in, the whole process took less than 3 hours. My trade in was appropriately valued, the car's price was good (Porsche's are never going to be a steal) and the process was efficient. Michael is the nicest guy, and made us feel comfortable at all stages of the deal. The car was detailed and delivered with a full tank of gas, in time for us to have lunch. I'll buy my next car here again. More

I wanted to let you know that the service I received was excellent from start to finish. I live in New York City so the purchase was made completely 'in the blind'. May Neff made what could have been a stressful and complicated process a very easy one. I felt I could trust May from the beginning, and when I received the car that trust was validated. Even after delivery May has continued to be easy to reach and attentive, leaving no detail unattended (today she even sent me the 4 black screws for the front license plate). I also wanted to mention Barzi Tejada's excellent service, she swiftly forwarded all the title/registration documents making the NY registration a snap. As a business owner myself I know you are only as good as the people on your team. Based on my experience with May and Barzi, it looks like Jim Ellis has little to worry about.
