He met with us promptly at our appointed time. He listened carefully to what we wanted and the price we had in mind. We looked at the showroom Enclave and took a test drive. Tim found the exact Enclave with the features that we wanted. We were treated fairly with our trade in. Tim put together a fair no haggle deal for the price we had in mind. He called and told us when our new Enclave was at Marquardt. We met at a prompt appointed time to pick up our new Enclave. Everything went exactly as Tim explained. John, sorry do not remember his last name, in the Business Mgr office was prepared and we quickly signed and finalized our purchase. Tim then led us on a tour of the Marquardt dealership. We were on our way in our new Enclave in less than an hour and a half. Our new car purchase from Marquardt was a very pleasurable experience. This was our 7th new Buick purchased since 1992 and our first at Marquardt. This was by far our best new Buick purchase. More
