We went to other dealerships that day as well such as Audi and I instantly fell in love with the Lexus IS and knew that was what I wanted to be driving. Lori was able to give us the best customer service possible by making my dream come true. She was attentive and really listened to what we were looking for and within our price range. The dealership in North Miami is like nothing I have ever seen before. The fact that you can come and have your car served and get a mani and pedi blows my mind, but I love it and for once I can't wait to get my car serviced. Lori has since followed up with me numerous times in the most professional way, to make sure everything was to my liking and that I was happy. I still can't believe I own such a beautiful car and I owe it all to Lori for really going above and beyond and helping me out. More
