The car had a dead battery so they had it replaced while we completed the sale and after leaving the lot we found the radio screen suddenly wasn't working, they immediately wrote up a letter stating that she could take it to ANY Mazda dealership and get it fixed on their dime and the next day we found the car needed new brakes and rotors, and they are making that right too! Based on all this I would gladly send ANYONE I know there to purchase a car, can't say enough good things about them!! More

Drove 325 Miles to be offered 1/2 value on trade in. I talked to managers and salesmen several times on the phone before making the 325 mile trip to trade in my used truck.. Upon arriving everything was just fine, and i was looking forward to dealing with Impex. the salesman brought the truck around for the test drive. The salesman then told me he"d shown the truck i was interested in several times but couldn't come to a trade because of the low offers on the trade in, I wasn't discouraged because my truck was in great shape, no accidents, a lot of expensive accessories added on, and low low miles. They offered me $10,500 on my truck which booked for over $22,000 final offer of $11,700 that was half of value. Just be aware if you plan on traveling a long distance they are very shady. More

Best dealer in NC! You will be impressed! I have been buying cars from impex for about 10 years. In 2006 i bought a 99 jeep wrangler with 108,000 miles. I still have this jeep and it runs pe I have been buying cars from impex for about 10 years. In 2006 i bought a 99 jeep wrangler with 108,000 miles. I still have this jeep and it runs perfect. I paid about $5000 for the jeep and have since put a 4 inch lift, 33 inch mud tires, led tail lights and a winch bumper with winch. This jeep is my baby and 10 years later it runs just as good as the day i bought it. If i ever wanted to sell it I could get $8000 for it but I don't think I will ever get rid of it. To buy a used car and be able to sell it for a profit 10 years later is immpressive if you ask me. In 2009 i bought a 2005 kawasaki kawasaki ninja 636r from impex in mint condition and I rode it for about 2 years. Never had a single problem with it and loved the bike. About 3 years ago my dad traded in his honda oddesy van for a honda crv. he still has this car and its a great car. Never had any problems with it. In 3 years he has only replaced the battery, brake pads and front shocks. All normal wear items. Last year I bought a 2005 toyota prius with 290,000 miles and now it has 320,000 miles and still runs and drives perfect. I got this car for so cheap and I love it! its extremely clean and runs exactly the same as the 2006 prius I test drove with only 113,000 miles. It gets 50mpg and saves me at least $50 a week in fuel costs. This car has paid for itself! Impex is a great dealership and the owners are the most honest car dealers in all of NC! I don't care what these other people say in the reviews. I honestly don't believe that these are real customers. I think they are other struggling dealers that write bad reviews because they are dishonest and thats why they don't sell cars so they resort to these deceptive tactics. If you are looking for a car go to impex! they have a TON of cars on their lot! Talk to them, look at the cars, bring a mechanic with you! Drive the cars, you will see they have good cars and are honest people! Go there and see for yourself! They spend so much money cleaning and serving their cars before they got on the lot. Somethings other dealers don't do to save money. There is a reason I have been buying cars from them for 10 years and will buy from therm for another 10 years! More

PRICE ERROR I received a buyers order. After the bank confirmed the price for the check hours letter I received an email talking about the buyer order was wrong. I received a buyers order. So now they don't want to honor the check because of their mistake and I told the people my situation the day before. Just sad. On top of the fact I had a very rude sale man the 1st day I went.
