When he called to see how I was doing with my vehicle 2 days after purchase, I was having trouble with understanding the navigation. The Worst Car buying experience ever!!! My salesman so friendly when I spoke with him on the phone and over text messaging. So I thought I could trust him. But when we got to the dealership My salesman so friendly when I spoke with him on the phone and over text messaging. So I thought I could trust him. But when we got to the dealership it was another story. He was very rude and his whole demeanor changed I felt like this wasn't or couldn't be the same guy I was speaking to on the phone. Honestly I wish I would've left without the car now because of the principal of how I were treated but I let the fact that it was a long ride to tolerate his behavior. It was a 4 hour drive from Maryland and my salesman knew that before we left. He asked me if I was going to buy the car or were we just coming to look and I stated yes coming to buy as long as the car is what your saying it is I'll be leaving with it. So he said he'll have it cleaned and prepared. Needless to say the car was not cleaned properly the halo lights on the right side were not working. And he kept rushing us on the sale knowing that there was other issues with the car. Now in order to get the car cleaned we would have to take a whole day drive all the way back up there and put more miles on the car to get the things that should've been done as he knew we were coming to buy. So please go meet your Salesman or Saleswoman in person before you choose any dealership. More

Great Experience. Sabit took great care of us through the whole process of purchasing our new BMW. He worked within our parameters and made the process seamless. Ther Sabit took great care of us through the whole process of purchasing our new BMW. He worked within our parameters and made the process seamless. There was no high pressure though we were under a tight time frame. He listened to us and we felt like we got exactly what we wanted. Sabit kept us informed, took care of all the logistics, was very responsive to all of our inquires and patiently sat in the car to gave us a detailed tutorial of all the technologies. And Sabit went above and beyond the call of duty when he and an associate of his installed a new roof rack on our car when we realized last minute that the one on our trade-in was not compatible with the new car. That saved us time and money! We plan on taking Sabit up on his offer to make an appointment with him and a genius representative to learn more about the different functionalities of the car. More
