ALMOST worth having car problems! I originally bought my car at Rusnak/Pasadena Jaguar. When I moved to Santa Monica, I started servicing my car at a closer location. After a couple of I originally bought my car at Rusnak/Pasadena Jaguar. When I moved to Santa Monica, I started servicing my car at a closer location. After a couple of disastrous results, I decided from then on to travel the extra miles to go only to Rusnak. They've always done a solid job. But the last couple of times have been extraordinary. My service advisor, Eden Esparza, has been wonderful. She is professional, reliable and proactive. The quality of the service she and the Ruznak team has provided is exceeded only by Eden's friendly and helpful demeanor. It is the type of personal service and relationship I'd hear my grandparents talk about when they frequented their neighborhood car dealership. You don't see that too often anymore. Thank you Eden and Ruznak for making car servicing a far less painful experience! More

Sudden Jaguar Electronic Gremlins Was driving along, minding my own business when the displays in my 2007 Jaguar S Class started flashing inconsistent error messages. Based on past ex Was driving along, minding my own business when the displays in my 2007 Jaguar S Class started flashing inconsistent error messages. Based on past experience with Rusnak [we have bought 8 cars there over 30 years] immediately contacted Eden Esparza, our Rusnak service concierge. Brought it in and was offered a rental or a shuttle home while my Kitty was being analyzed. Learned later the oem battery was on its last legs after almost 9 years of faithful service. New battery and an oil change and we are good to go. Thank you Eden and thank you Paul and Liz. The Ito's love their Rusnak Audi's and Jag's. More

First Impression - even via phone can make the difference I would like to thank Eden, Michael and the Service Team at Rusnak Jag for the recent excellent service experience . I recently purchased a private pa I would like to thank Eden, Michael and the Service Team at Rusnak Jag for the recent excellent service experience . I recently purchased a private party used 2003 S-Type (literally broke the bank with the purchase), so having to service any part of the vehicle would be a challenge. Of course, there are issues that require servicing; one of which was the Key Fob not functioning and needing to be reprogrammed. I called the service department for 4 dealerships with Rusnak being my last call. 3 of the 4 service departments quoted me a price that made the repairs impossible and financially out of reach. Speaking with Eden was easy, the price she quoted was reasonable and worth the 33(+) miles I had to drive each way to have this service done. Michael handled processing me when I arrived and was very helpful and professional. Eden completed the transaction / closeout. I know that most people only comment / complain when something goes wrong; I just wanted to be one of the customers to thank you for an excellent service experience. Thank you, and please keep up the good work servicing your customers. Although we may own a jaguar, not all of us feel completely entitled nor are we all made of money. Thanks for recognizing and considering that fact. Thank you. More
