one angry off customer It all started with a chevy cruz. They allowed us to test drive this car with my 8 month old. Come to find out it had a leaky breakline when they did It all started with a chevy cruz. They allowed us to test drive this car with my 8 month old. Come to find out it had a leaky breakline when they did the inspection before we got to take it home. That is child endangerment. The tires were 30 percent teddy tried telling us they were 50 60 percent, we took it to les schwab on the test drive they begged to differ. Anyways we got the car with no second key. Teddy tried to add on 1077 dollars, and I caught it as we were in finance. We also were not given another key until we had to complain. The car leaked before we even had plates. We took it in and they fixed all the little xxxx they didn't before as well as an ac clamp as they said 4 days later the stupid thing leaked again, guess what radiator housing busted. My bf an do had to figure it out for them and call them and tell at them again for this, they replaced that. I have the stupid thing back....they had to tow it. Housing unit was broken so bad the reservoir was drained. Tried to re-give me my car after the fix. I said no I wanted something new. I was done being unsafe with my child, and dealing with mechanics who are suppose to know more. About cars than a girl aka me. So we got this 2015 mazda isport now has 18000 on it cause good chev said theyd pay the cruz off. Well they just sent the check out today. So I have been lied to after we were told a week or so ago it was paid off and then I was told friday the check was already sent. The,is to my credit union with the loan and me being on top of everything. I found out it was sent today. So my credit may get dinged for the cruzs first payment. This place lies. And I'm tired of it. I will never recommend this place to anyone. It is not,hard to do your job and be honest. Communicate. I don't want anything call from your Chevrolet dealership either About my review. You have done nothing but make me mad. They never fix what they are suppose to on time they don't do safety inspections on the bulk cars they get in... Trust me they told us after we complained about it. They are horrible about getting all the pieces together before purchase. As a first time buyer I am so disappointed. I changed my last post to be more positive because of the help with the new car but now after finding this new check I go out and how my credit will be messed up now. I'm done. This dealership will never get a recommendation from me I will never go back. More
