The Long Trip Frankly, I must say that I come to Toyota of North Charlotte because the are thorough and they are quick. They are efficient and they are friendly I had a 4,500 mile to take all the way to Mesa, Arizona. I was concerned because my time was not up for a check up but I did not want to start out with some screw loose that would leave me stranded in tornado alley I explained to Lou Simmet (I think I got his name,,,not sure() .and he did not look at me like I was some "fearsome idiot scaredy-cat" but said "we can take care of that." They went over everything in the service department and checked each item off on their list and said I was "100% to go." I had no problem whatsoever all the way to Arizona and back. We missed, or it missed us, the Amarillo tornado that come within 20 miles, an though the black veracious clouds were enough to make you want to say "Oh God get me out of this!" that steady Toyota Corolla LE all fixed up and ready rolled into Amarillo Tx, and that is the way it ran all 4.500 miles...actually 4,600. Service experience I just want to say that Lou Simmet was very helpful when I brought my Prius in to get tires last week. He went above and beyond any "normal" service. I just want to say that Lou Simmet was very helpful when I brought my Prius in to get tires last week. He went above and beyond any "normal" service. I had a coupon that they were not familiar with and everyone went out of their way to make it work. He even called me afterwards to make sure I had all the rebate forms. Thank you so much. I never feel like I am being talked down to because I am a woman. I take my car every 5000 miles and they are always great! More

Every time I go the tech always goes over exactly what is the issue and needs immediate attention vs. what can wait. On my most recent visit, my service tech Lou Simmet kept my updated on my vehicles progress and had my car washed afterwards! More

Very nice and attentive I went to this dealership because of an internet ad for a 2010 Toyota Tundra. A sales person named Bobbi showed me the vehicle went on the test drive I went to this dealership because of an internet ad for a 2010 Toyota Tundra. A sales person named Bobbi showed me the vehicle went on the test drive with me. She was pretty knowledgeable about the vehicle and took note of a couple of concerns. She handed me off to Christian Guerrero who was nice and loved to talk baseball. Christian handled the sales pitch for the truck. After we agreed to the terms, Molly Hall did an excellent job of handling the paper signing and helping me transfer my personal belonging from my old vehicle to my new one. I would say that my overall experience was good and not excellent only because I was at the dealership for over four and a half hours. This is a nice dealership, if there is such a thing, but I would suggest going there only if you are not pressed for time. More
