It was helpful to be informed of the condition of the tires and the brakes. One observation that might be useful for your marketing efforts is the fact that replacing windshields, tires and batteries is always less expensive at other companies like glass specialists, Sears and Schwab Tire Centers. I am sure Volvo Headoffice is aware of this problem but is unable or unwilling to compete for this business. More
