He thoroughly (and cleverly!) demonstrated how to drive the Outback and what the Outback can do under extreme circumstances. Dave clearly explains how to manage the options the car is equipped with and all the other options that are available. I especially like how Dave treated my wife and me from the demonstration and all the way through the purchase process. Both times we worked with Dave, he treated us like friends.
