Amazing dealership, didn't feel pressured at all. I can't begin to speak any higher of the sales team of this dealership. From the moment we stepped onto the lot, to the moment we left. I never felt pressured into buying a car, everything was handled with a nonchalant approach "feel free" and "take your time" were key phrases. Our salesmen Dave Niemi handled my situation like a true professional, doing all he could to make my experience enjoyable. As well as the wonderful work in the finance department, I honestly wish I could remember her name, BUT, the boast about her 30 years of making people happy truly did shine. On top of it all I walked away with my dream car (2014 Mustang), I couldn't be happier with the results. I can't shout this dealerships professional approach to making things happen any louder if I tried (in text format anyways). If anyone I know is ever looking for a new or used car. I'll definitely try to talk them into going to North County Ford. More
Pleasant Service Experience ! I made a service appointment over the phone four days in advance for throttle control (wrench light came on), and for a Customer Satisfaction Pro I made a service appointment over the phone four days in advance for throttle control (wrench light came on), and for a Customer Satisfaction Program #14M03. I arrived at the dealership about an hour early and talked with another service representative who helped correct the work order that was previously written up. I mentioned that the car never did stall. I could only get 20 mph out of it to limp home, and that the rear lights were not out, but did not illuminate the same. Both were taken care of under Ford Programs. The third item discussed was whether or not to change the transmission fluid at 84,ooo miles or hold off until the 100,000 fluid specks time to change. After much discussion about fluid color, the difference between todays fluids and fluids of the past, I opted to change the fluid at this time. All was completed in the day and I was very pleased with ALL the employees I came in contact with. I had an overall great experience at this dealership with this service appointment. Bad deal into a Good One I had a bad car that was breaking down again and I was bringing it in for repair when I asked if they could do better for me. They did; they got me out of a bad relationship with the old car and bank and put me in a new 2015 Ford Fusion with a great payment plan. Awsome! More
The work was done well, but the communication... meh I brought my 2013 fusion hybrid in for service this past week because the check engine light was on. When the light turned on, I immediately called North Country and was able to set up an appointment for the following morning. I dropped off my car that evening, for them to work on in the morning. I expected that after the trouble code was checked, that I would be contacted and informed of what the issue was. Instead, 4 hours after my appointment time, I had to call them and they told me that the repairs were almost done and that I would be contacted shortly with a breakdown of the repairs. 5 hours later I FINALLY got a call telling me that my car was ready to be picked up. The repairs were done well, everything was under warranty so there was no charge, and the service I got at the dealership was great. But when I drop of my car to have a trouble light checked, and did not authorize any particular repair (which admittedly I would have authorized if they called me), I expect some sort of communication other than a call 9 hours later telling me that it is done. More

We found two in Fargo and since it was a Luther dealership Northcountry was able to access those. I went in with my minimum list of things we wanted ,they came back and said they had one the lot . WE had our new thuck within an hour. Great job to all that made tis happen, Barry was a great help and salesman. More

It was very apparent that North County invests in training their staff to provide the utmost in customer service and professionalism. From the first internet chat interaction, floor sales experience, finance interaction, accessories interaction and follow-up service was outstanding on all levels. It was worth the drive to purchase my truck and buying experience from North Country and I will definitely make sure it happens again in the future. More

The customer service was top notch from the start to finish. They were very attentive but not pushy or haggling. We particularly enjoyed our experience with our salesman Dave. If every sales associate was like him I think the image of car dealers would rise everywhere. Dave made us feel very comfortable and Listened too. Financing was great as well, seemed reasonable and willing to work with my needs. We will return! More
