Mark will do everything possible to make sure you understand your vehicle and that you are satisfied with its condition upon pick up, and follows up with you personally after a few days to make sure you don't have any other questions or problems he could help you with. Mark spent close to an hour with me because there were some issues with my vehicle and I didn't receive the floor mats. The delay was not his fault, but it could of been that the parts center was busy do to it being a Saturday. Mark is the guy that makes sure everything is done right, and make sure you are the number one priority.
