I commend the dealership for providing their salesmen with a base salary so that the salesmen do not have to work on commission alone. We did not feel pressured by Nick and he listened carefully to what we wanted and what we were willing to spend. I especially liked the fact that the sales manager did not go back and forth trying to get every last dollar possible. I hate that type of negotiation. Nick even spent a half hour after the deal was finalized to show us all the electronic and safety features of the car. I had planned on visiting two other dealerships to compare prices on cars but my experience with these people were so positive that it was not necessary. Thank you Nick and to the rest of your staff. Joe Kalem is the man This is the second time (out of many I'm sure) that I have brought in my mazda3 to get work done. This time around it was for my 65,000 mile check up. This is the second time (out of many I'm sure) that I have brought in my mazda3 to get work done. This time around it was for my 65,000 mile check up. I worked with the service advisor by the name of Joe Kalem. Joe really knows his stuff and was very enjoyable to talk too, not only for my car troubles but as a person. You can tell he goes the extra mile to make you feel welcome and be personable. Service took a couple hours so I took a walk to the front of the dealership to the local Starbucks which made the two hours go by very quickly. I live in Citrus Heights and I am more than willing to make the drive over to the Elk Grove Mazda service center for the exceptional service that they give me time and time again. My wife and two kids and I arrived tired and hungry on the tail end of an 8,500 mile cross-country road trip from CA to NY. Joe met us at the service center door and went straight to work getting our Mazda CX-9 checked in for an oil change and tire rotation and set up the shuttle to whisk us off to lunch at BJ's Restaurant nearby while the mechanics went to work. Joe also provided me with a quote for a new set of tires and answered all our questions. Joe's can-do attitude and pleasant demeanor made our experience smooth and worry-free. I only wish we lived closer...we'd come to Mazda of Elk Grove for all our service needs. Thank you for a great customer experience! More

Simple and Hassel Free no pressure With a move to Utah coming up in just a few weeks I was in the market for a new car. Interested in the Mazda CX-5 I decided to go look around the Elk Grove dealership. Garrett was beyond helpful even though we walked in right before closing. This did not bother him at all and never once did I feel like a bother keeping him past closing. He took his time to listen to exactly what I was looking for and the exact price I was able to speed. Once he gathered all that information he brought up a car and went for a test ride (after closing at this point). Never did I feel rushed or hassled into making a decision that I was not comfortable with. For a first time car buyer it was really nice. Along with Garret I have nothing but good things to say about the rest of the staff each person I talked to was genuinely welcoming and helpful.
