She cares about her clients, she really knows her cars and she always goes over and above your expectations to make sure her clients are happy. Even after the sale is over, she'll call just to wish you a happy birthday or to see how you like your new car. She even spent a full hour with us on a follow-up appointment to be sure we knew how to use the technology! She's the consummate professional and should be teaching other sales people how it should be done. I must add that the service department at Baierl Acura is also terrific. They do a great job to be sure the work is done correctly and quickly. Throwing in a car wash after service is also a nice touch. More
Recent Purchase of an RDX I recently purchased a new RDX with the AcuraWatch Plus Package. Wexford is on the other side of town for me but my husband and I felt Mary Beth, Lau I recently purchased a new RDX with the AcuraWatch Plus Package. Wexford is on the other side of town for me but my husband and I felt Mary Beth, Lauren and Rocco were exceptional to deal with. There was no pressure, they were very accommodating and we were able to close a deal within hours of walking in the store. We are happy with our car shopping experience at Baierl Acura of Wexford. Purchased a Certified Used 2012 Acura MDX My wife and I were in a rush and only had a short time before we had to pickup our kids at camp at the end of the day. We met Ken McCosby when we wal My wife and I were in a rush and only had a short time before we had to pickup our kids at camp at the end of the day. We met Ken McCosby when we walked into the dealer. He was very accomodating and quickly showed us several models on the lot that were used. He gave us enough information to allow us to do our own research later. When I returned to the dealer with more time, I took a test drive and sat with Ken to negotiate a deal that would work for myself and family. They took all the time that I needed to answer all of my questions and arrive at a fair deal. Christine Cunha was very helpful and completed the purchase process with no issues. Ken is very knowledgeable and reviewed the many features of the car. As I was driving away I really felt like I received terrific treatment and have the benefit of a great vehicle and a great dealer to back it up. After driving Nissans for over 20 years and being very satisfied, I know we made the right choice to switch to Acura and buy at Baierl Acura. More

I had the pleasure of working with Ken McCosby on it, and after 2 test drives, 2 long conversations, numerous questions, and a fair negotiation, we agreed on a price with which we are both happy. It was a pleasure to work with Ken because of his professionalism, his product knowledge, his personality and the Acura product itself. Also in Baierl's favor is its great service department. I have taken my 2003 TL to them for service for the 13 years I've owned my TL, and I have to give them 4.5 to 5 stars in this area. Kudos to Chris, Rod and the others (who's names I unfortunately do not know) for their great work which enabled me to give them such a high rating. Their service was another major factor in my decision to purchase this vehicle from Baierl Acura. More

She happened to answer the phone and made me want to take a trip to Wexford. She was friendly and helpful and not pushy. When we took a test drive it was like riding with a friend. She pointed out the benefits and really worked for us. She did everything a great sales person should do. Purchase / Service of New MDX Outstanding experience. My 7 year-old Honda Odyssey had 147K miles. While I had been waiting for the 2016 Honda Pilot to be released, I had also been Outstanding experience. My 7 year-old Honda Odyssey had 147K miles. While I had been waiting for the 2016 Honda Pilot to be released, I had also been researching Acura vs. Audi vs. BMW vs. Mercedes. I narrowed the search to the Pilot, Acura MDX, and Audi Q7. Service reviews on the Q7 had me leaning towards the Pilot vs. Acura MDX. I drove the Pilot the first day it hit the lot of the Honda dealer very close to where I live and was very impressed. But, before I was ready to commit, I wanted to test drive an MDX. I chose Baierl simply because it was the closest Acura dealer to where I live. Via the Baierl website, I sent in an e-mail request to set up a test drive. I received a quick reply and had my test drive scheduled for that same night. When I arrived at the dealership, the Sales Manager introduced me to Carl Gasper, Jr. He treated me like family throughout the process. He is very down-to-earth and pleasant to deal with. Despite nearly giving him a heart attack during my test drive and underimpressing him with my total ineptitude in attempting to figure out how to use the computerized bells and whistles on the MDX, he remained extremely patient and cordial. I was ultimately presented with an exceptionally fair deal; Less than I expected for the new MDX and more than I expected for my trade-in. I took ownership of my new MDX the next evening and subsequently took it back to Baierl so that the purchased accessories that I ordered could be put on. The process could not have been easier. I was provided with an new MDX loaner and received my MDX back the next day. Carl even assisted me with questions I had on additional accessories and helped coordinate the service appointment before, during, and after. I would certainly recomment Baierl Acura and Carl Gasper to anyone considering the purchase of an Acura. More

He's a nice guy and very easy to talk to. When his client with a scheduled appointment showed up, he immediately sent Ryan to work on making the deal. We negotiated a bit and quickly came to a happy medium. Carl set my mind at ease about the service after the sale. If they treat me half as well in the future, I'll be a happy customer. Christine Cunha, the business manager, was very helpful in transfering my personalized plates. She went out of her way to help me out! More
