New tags were included in the purchase price and I was told they would be mailed to me. 6 weeks later and I'm still waiting. Emails to the dealer have been ignored or brushed aside. Finally 10 days ago, Mariana replied and it seems just got the process started. I appreciated her help but I would appreciate being able to drive my truck more. More

YET TO RECEIVE MY VEHICLE I BOUGHT.. i bought a car its been well over a week, Have not yet received it even after clear payment. No returned phone calls, when you do call they make excus i bought a car its been well over a week, Have not yet received it even after clear payment. No returned phone calls, when you do call they make excuses and hang up which is just sad. I have no idea how they run their business. they simply can;t even tell me when my car will be delivered. their cars are junked and seem like have not even been serviced under their care as they state they are. All i want is to get my car and never to even consider this dealer at all. The manager seems not to care and all the salesman i have contacted regarding my car, don't shed any light on the progress on my car. I call every day two or three times daily. I am lucky even if they pick up the phone. they seem to only care for you when they want the money. after they receive clear payment from your part, they don't seem to car anymore about you. Its just sad how the business is run. Even after a clear payment, they simply cant get the car to you and give you peace of mind. I am still hoping to receive it and will NEVER recommend or even LOOK at this dealer agin. More

Great people with quality cars! After visiting multiple dealerships in the Chicagoland area to look at cars that they claimed as supposedly "clean", I came across Greater Chicago Mot After visiting multiple dealerships in the Chicagoland area to look at cars that they claimed as supposedly "clean", I came across Greater Chicago Motors where they were friendly, not pushy, and truly had clean cars at a great price. I ended up driving away happy with a MB E500. In addition, the headlight bulb needed replacement and they took care of me free of charge. Combination of good service, people, and inventory will make sure I come back to this dealer again in the future. More
